How long do prints take?
Our turn around time is 2-4 days currently. We will be in touch if we need longer.
How much is shipping?
We currently have a flat rate of $7 track and traced or $9 rural. Orders over $60 recieved FREE SHIPPING.

How are photo frames shipped?
We place MDF board ontop of the glass to prevent breakages. These are then wrapped in bubble wrap multiple times. All packages are noted of Glass.
How are prints shipped?
Prints without a frame are shipped inside a document folder to prevent creases and folds.
Do you send previews first?
If you have ordered a custom image we will send a final design before continuing with foil. We want to make sure you are happy with the final product before shipment.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can. We have a collection point in Christchurch. Please add this to your order notes and we will be in touch to organise a time that suits.
